Solicitation of any kind including fundraising, distribution of flyers, promotional materials, or sales outside of an approved vendor booth is strictly prohibited at DGA events.

Only registered and approved vendors, sponsors, and participants are permitted to promote their business, products, or services.

Amplified Sound / Noise Ordinance: The City of Georgetown Code of Ordinances: All amplified sound during events must be covered under a valid Special Event Permit and comply with Section 8.16.030 of the Noise Control Code. Individuals not part of the approved event lineup or not holding a valid sound permit are not permitted to operate amplified music or sound within the event zone.

By attending Downtown Georgetown Association (DGA) events, you grant permission for the DGA to use photographs and/or video taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes in print, online, and social media, without compensation or additional consent.
