How to apply as a 2024 Christmas Stroll Vendor
​The Christmas Stroll attracts over 55,000 people each year to the Historic Georgetown Square, offering a unique shopping and entertainment experience for guests of all ages. In addition to more than 150 artisan/craft, food, and retail vendors, guests enjoy a parade, kid & adult activities, live music, community performances, photos with Santa and more.

2024 EVENT DATES & HOURS: **NOW A 3 DAY EVENT**
Friday, December 6,   4PM-10PM (6 hours)
        Saturday, December 7, 10AM-9:30PM (12.5 hours)
Sunday, December 8,  10AM-4PM (6 hours) 

Total selling hours = 24.5 (vs 14 hours in 2023) 

Booth set up on Friday and patrolled overnight by police officers on Friday and Saturday.

If you agree with Step One. Create or login your vendor profile in MarketSpread, our event management system. New vendor: the buttons below will direct you to the "New Vendor Guide" with instructions on setting up your profile. Existing vendor: if you are already a 2023/2024 Market Day applicant, you will use your existing vendor profile. It is recommended to use a computer when applying.

The "Learning Center" button will direct you to additional instructional information about creating and maintaining your vendor profile.





STEP THREE:
After creating your profile, you may click the button below to be directed to the Christmas Stroll application.
Please make sure to fill out the application completely before submitting. A non-refundable $25 application fee will be required to submit your application. It is recommended to use a computer when applying.
STEP FOUR:
This is a juried event; applications are reviewed and scored by a jury panel. The vendor selection process will begin after the application deadline, Sept 18, 2024. You may check your application status by following the instructions linked below. You will receive an email with an approved status once accepted to be followed by email containing your invoice to be paid immediately.



All correspondence will come to you via e-mail through the MarketSpread System. Be sure to check your spam and junk mail folders to ensure our communications are not going to those folders in error.

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for the DGA Christmas Stroll. The Stroll, along with Market Days, aims to offer a platform for small business owners to sell their products and business services. 

Our Mission is to promote these businesses and provide them with a venue to reach new customers. Unfortunately, organizations and nonprofits do not fit into these categories and therefore do not align with our Bylaws and Mission.

We understand that you have been a participant in past events. However, our new Board has a strong commitment to realign and ensure we are in compliance with our Bylaws and Mission. We truly appreciate your understanding.
