2024 CHRISTMAS STROLL PERFORMANCE APPLICATION
PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & RELEASE AGREEMENT
I understand that I am choosing to participate in the 2024 Christmas Stroll at my own risk and hereby release the Downtown Georgetown Association, Williamson County and City of Georgetown, from any liability arising from this special event or the use of City premises for those purposes. I further agree to hold the above parties harmless from any accident, incident, injury, death or damage arising from my use of City premises during this event.
APLICATION FEE $25.00
JINGLE BELL: Stage will be located at Austin Ave and 8th Street. Sound equipment and technician will be available on a 20'x20'. covered stage. Large groups (such as dance groups) may be required to perform on the street in front of the stage. Limited seating will be available nearby.
SILVER BELL: Performance area will be located next to the food court on Main Street near 6th Street. Sound equipment will be provided under a 10'x20' tent. Limited seating will be available nearby. This area works best for solo acts or small groups.
FOUNDERS PARK: Stage will be located at 9th Street and Church Street. Sound equipment will be provided under a 10'x20' tent. Limited seating will be available nearby. This area works best for solo acts or small groups.

PERFORMANCE TIME: 30-MIN SLOTS (arrive 15 mins early)
FRIDAY, 12/6 - 4:30PM - 7:30PM
SATURDAY, 12/7 - 11:30AM - 5:30PM
SUNDAY, 12/8 - 11:30AM - 3:00PM
Please indicate your first and second performance date choice, based on the order received and slots available at that time, performers will be notified of acceptance decision with a confirmed date and time slot.
